We’re thrilled to announce that one of Battlefield’s most iconic modes has made its comeback — Squad Rush 4v4 is finally live and ready to play in our custom Battlefield Portal experience! 🎉
Originally introduced in Battlefield 3, Squad Rush was the definition of tight, tactical infantry combat. No tanks, no jets — just pure teamwork, precise coordination, and high-stakes firefights between two small squads fighting over critical M-COM objectives.
And now… it’s back, rebuilt from the ground up by our team for Battlefield 6 Portal.
Squad Rush is a 4v4 infantry-only mode where attackers and defenders face off in fast-paced, objective-based battles. The goal is simple but intense — destroy or defend the M-COM stations before time runs out.
This mode focuses on communication, map control, and perfect synchronization within your squad. Every smoke grenade, revive, or flank can turn the tide of the match.
This setup recreates the authentic feeling of Battlefield 3’s Squad Rush — small-scale battles, big intensity, and pure tactical fun.
Please note that this is a test version of the mode. Since it’s been built from scratch within the Battlefield 6 Portal framework, some bugs or balance issues may appear.
