1. Who We Are
This platform is operated by Roman Ďurek (hereinafter referred to as “we” or the “Controller”). We are the controller of your personal data processed through this platform in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).

2. What personal data do we collect
We collect and process the personal data you provide to us when you register and use our platform, as well as data generated by your activity on the platform. This includes:
- Registration Data: When you register with Google, Twitch or Discord, we collect your email address, first and last name (if available), username and profile picture.
- Profile Data: Any additional information you choose to add to your profile (e.g. game ID, nickname, preferred games).
- Tournament Data: Information related to your participation in tournaments, including registrations, team assignments, match results, performance statistics, match records (if transmitted via the platform) and dispute resolution information.
- Data for delivery of prizes: If you win a prize in a tournament that requires delivery, we may ask you for additional data necessary to deliver it. This may include, in particular, a delivery address, telephone number (for the courier) or bank account number (in the case of financial prizes).
- Communication Data: When you contact us (e.g. via email, contact form) or communicate with other users via the platform features (if available), we collect the content of these communications.
- Technical and operational data: Data about your device (device type, operating system, browser type), IP address, access times, pages visited, features used and error information. This data helps us ensure the functionality and stability of the platform.
- Data related to donations: If you choose to voluntarily support us through third-party payment services (e.g., PayPal, Buy Me a Coffee), we may receive personal data from these services, such as your name or username, email addressand the donation amount. We process this data based on our legitimate interest for record-keeping purposes and to potentially thank you. When you support us via a cryptocurrency wallet, we do not directly receive any of your personal data.
- Payment data: If you pay a tournament entry fee, we process payment information (e.g. transaction confirmation code, payment date). We do not process payment card data itself - this is processed by external payment service providers who are their separate operators.
This data is necessary to provide and improve our services, log in, view your profile and enable participation in tournaments.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of the following legal bases, in accordance with Article 6 GDPR:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Processing is necessary to fulfill our obligations under the Platform Terms of Use, including account registration, provision of tournament services, profile management and communication related to tournament participation.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): If you have given us consent for a specific purpose of processing (e.g. when logging in with Google, Twitch or Discord, or when using optional cookies). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): We process data on the basis of our legitimate interests that do not override your rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interests include in particular:
* Operation and improvement of the functionality and security of our platform.
* Fraud prevention and protection of our rights and assets.
* Analysis of the use of the platform in order to optimize and develop new features (aggregated and anonymized data, where possible).
* Dispute resolution and customer support.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): In some cases, we may be obliged to process your data on the basis of applicable legal regulations (e.g. tax and accounting obligations).
4. How we use your data
- To verify and manage your account and profile.
- To enable registration and participation in tournaments, including team creation, bracket managementand results posting.
- To deliver winnings and fulfill tournament-related obligations.
- To provide customer support and resolve your inquiries or disputes.
- To communicate with you about changes to the platform, tournaments, important announcements, or other services.
- To analyze and improve the functionality, performanceand user experience of the platform (often using aggregated or anonymized data).
- To secure the platform, prevent fraud, detect abuseand protect our rights and assets.
- To comply with our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting requirements.
5. Automated decision-making and profiling
Our platform does not use automated individual decision-making or profiling that would produce legal effects for you or similarly significantly affect you.
6. Who we share your data with
We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients only if this is necessary to provide our services or to comply with legal obligations:
- Authentication providers: Google, Twitch and Discord – for login and verification of your identity.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: The provider that provides us with the server infrastructure and platform operation.
- Payment service providers: If you pay a starting fee, your payment details are processed by third parties that are licensed payment service providers. We only accept confirmation of payment.
- Analytics partners: If we use analytics services (such as Google Analytics), we share anonymized or pseudonymized data about your use of the platform for analysis and improvement purposes.
- Public: In accordance with the Terms of Use and Tournament Rules, certain information about your tournament participations, results, statistics, usernames and team rankings publicly displayed on the platform and shared with third parties (e.g. for broadcasts or archives).
- Law enforcement and regulatory authorities: If required by law or if necessary to protect our rights, we may provide data to the relevant authorities.
- Delivery and courier service providers: If you win a physical prize, we will provide your delivery details (name, address, phone number) to the shipping company so that the prize can be delivered to you.
These providers are contractually bound to comply with data protection regulations and process the data solely on our instructions and for our purposes.
7. Data Transfers Outside the EU
Some of our third-party providers (e.g., Google, Twitch and Discord) may process your data outside the EU. In such cases, we rely on legal mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate data protection.
8. Data Retention Period
We retain your personal data only for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. In general, this means that we retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and you use our services. After you cancel your account or request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your personal data from our systems, unless we are required to retain it for longer by law (e.g. for tax purposes, fulfillment of contractual obligations) or to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. for dispute resolution, fraud prevention).
9. Security Measures
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include data encryption, system access control, regular security audits and employee training. Despite our efforts, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
10. Children's Privacy
Our platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
Our platform uses cookies and similar technologies (hereinafter referred to as 'cookies') to improve your experience and analyze usage. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website.
We distinguish the following categories of cookies:
- Necessary cookies: They are absolutely necessary for the basic functionality of the platform (e.g. login, security). These cookies do not require your consent and are always active.
- Analytical cookies: They help us understand how users interact with our platform, collect anonymous information about traffic and user behavior. We use these cookies only with your consent.
You can manage and withdraw your consent to the use of cookies, except for essential ones, at any time through our cookie consent management tool or through your browser settings.
12. Your rights in relation to personal data
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Right of access to data (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed and, if so, the right to access them and information about their processing.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay or complete incomplete personal data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request that your personal data be erased if the conditions of the GDPR are met (e.g. the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, you withdraw your consent, there is no other legal basis).
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data if the conditions of the GDPR are met (e.g. you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful).
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object at any time to processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest, including profiling.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): If the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint complaint to the supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. The supervisory authority in the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic; website: www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
