By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. You also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Access to certain features or sections of the Website requires user registration. During registration, users must provide accurate and complete information. Registration is free of charge.
The Platform reserves the right to request additional information at any time in the future. Failure to provide such information may result in account suspension or limited access to services requiring registration.
The User Account is owned by us as the operator. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for serious violations of these Terms of Use, illegal behavior or other conduct that seriously harms the Platform or other users, with immediate effect and without compensation. For less serious violations or in the event of prolonged inactivity, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account after prior notice (e.g. 14 days in advance) and, if applicable, providing an opportunity to remedy the situation. In the event of account cancellation from on our part, which is not a result of your breach of these Terms and you have paid for unused services, we reserve the right to determine the form of compensation. If for any reason you are unable to log in to your user account and you wish to delete it, you are entitled to contact usand we will try to resolve the matter. However, we may require you to provide proof that this is indeed your account.
By registering, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly, especially considering that users of various ages may be present on the platform.

Any violations may lead to account suspension, restriction, or permanent deletion without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for their actions on the platform. The operator does not bear liability for any content or activity performed by its users.
Through our email address or other tool that the portal allows for sending notifications, you can report content that violates these terms or is in conflict with legal regulationsand we will review all reports.
The platform organizes gaming competitions hosted at its own cost. We reserve the right to change rules or conditions of participation at any time, even during an ongoing tournament. Participants are required to follow all stated rules for each competition.
All platform content, designand code are owned by the operator or respective licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
By submitting, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available content (including text, images, videos or other materials) on the Platform, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, modify and create derivative works from that content in connection with the operation, promotion and improvement of the Platform and our Services.
The Platform may display third-party advertising or content and may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. By using the Platform, you expressly release us from any liability arising from your use of any third-party website or service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you in advance of any material changes. By continuing to use the Platform after the changes become effective, you agree to the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to services for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We act solely as the tournament organizer and this website serves as a platform for their organization, administration and registration. We do not host any of its servers available where competitions are concerned; therefore, we are not responsible for any technical problems, outages or interruptions in the services of the main servers. The platform is provided 'as is'. and 'as is the system', however, while we strive for continuous availability, we are not responsible for temporary unavailability caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as internet outages or outages related to the underlying physical infrastructure of our virtual private server (VPS) provider.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of the platform and your data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all unauthorized access, use, or destruction of data. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and for any activities that occur under their account.
We regularly organize video game tournaments on our platform, which registered users can participate in.

By participating in a tournament, the user agrees that their participation, results and possible recordings (including live streams or videos) may be publicly published on the site or through third parties without claim to compensation.
The rules of each tournament are listed separately and their acceptance is a condition of participation. In case of conflict between these general terms and specific tournament rules, those published for the given tournament take precedence.
If a participant pays the entry fee and withdraws no later than 8 working days before the tournament starts, they are entitled to a full refund. After this deadline, refund of the entry fee is not possible.
Non-payment of entry fee (if mandatory) means that participation in the tournament will not be allowed.
By participating in a tournament, the user also accepts that no additional rewards or compensation (e.g. travel, technical costs, time compensation, etc.) beyond the announced prize are due to them.
Each tournament may have specific eligibility requirements, including regional restrictions (e.g., EU only, CZ/SK only). Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all stated eligibility criteria before registering. The designated region will be clearly specified on the respective tournament's page.
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tournament at any time for legitimate reasons. Such reasons include, but are not limited to, an insufficient number of registered participants or teams, significant technical problems, unexpected platform outages, or other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent the proper execution of the tournament (force majeure). In such an event, all registered participants will be informed as soon as possible via Discord or a notice on the platform. If an entry fee was required for the cancelled tournament, it will be refunded in full to all participants who paid it. Beyond the refund of the entry fee, we bear no liability for any other costs or damages that participants might incur in connection with the tournament's cancellation.
Information about specific prizes for a given tournament (if they are part of the tournament) will always be published on the respective tournament's page.
Our platform offers users the option to voluntarily support us with a financial donation through third-party services such as Buy Me a Coffee, PayPal, or cryptocurrencies.
Providing any donation is entirely voluntary. By making a donation, the user does not gain any special advantages, rights, access to premium content, or any other service in return. All users have the same access to the platform's features, regardless of whether they have made a donation.
All financial transactions are processed exclusively by third parties. By clicking a donation link, you are redirected from our platform to the payment service provider's website. At that point, you become subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. We strongly recommend that you read them.
All donations are considered final and are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We bear no responsibility for any errors, fees, or other issues that may arise during the transaction on the payment service provider's side.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic.
Our goal is to resolve any potential disputes primarily by agreement. If you have a complaint or believe that we have violated your rights, please contact us first so that we can try to find a mutually acceptable solution.
As a consumer, you have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution in accordance with Act No. 391/2015 Z. z. on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes. The competent body for alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes with the operator is the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI), which you can contact at the following address: Slovak Trade Inspection, Central Inspectorate, Department for International Relations and Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Prievozská 32, 827 99 Bratislava 27, or electronically via its website www.soi.sk.
You also have the right to use the Dispute Resolution Online platform (RSO), established by the European Commission. The platform is available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. When submitting a complaint on the RSO platform, you must provide our email address.
The use of alternative dispute resolution or the RSO platform does not exclude your right to bring a claim before the competent court.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and affiliates harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any third party rights (including intellectual property rights) or any content you provide or make available on the Platform.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
