The captain of the first listed team in the match starts the veto process
Captains take turns banning one map at a time
Continue alternating bans until only one map remains
The last remaining map will be played
For Best of 3 matches
The captain of the first listed team in the match starts by banning one map
The second team captain bans one map
The first team captain picks the first map to be played
The second team captain picks the second map to be played
The last remaining map becomes the decider (third map)
The three maps will be played in the order they were selected
For longer series
Captains alternate bans and picks from the phase pool.
Picked maps are played in pick order.
The final unpicked map becomes the decider when needed.

Team captains will veto maps in the match chat, which is available in the match detail page once brackets are published.
